- Employees of Highline Motors and their immediate family members are not eligible for participation in certain promotional programs.

- Participants in the Tax Max Program agree to submit accurate and complete information required for tax return processing.

6. Changes and Cancellation
- Highline Motors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer or program without prior notice, due to any unforeseen circumstances or compliance with applicable laws.

7. Liability and Indemnification

- Participants agree to indemnify and hold Highline Motors harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Program.
- These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
